CHALLENGE

European Medical Group wanted to see growth in the business plus, CEO Spencer wanted an external opinion on looking at the business and which direction to take it in.

SOLUTION

Through working with Andy and Fluid, EMG receive support plus they have knowledge to share with their team to ensure they are on the same page as a company.

A 90 day plan is in place which helps the company stay on top of their goals and achievements. This adds flow to what they are trying to do.

OUTCOME

2 offices in different locations and the confidence to work with market leaders

Since working with Fluid, EMG now have an office space in London and one in Chelmsford with 38 members of staff compared to 3 members of staff prior to this.
